Selling Bauxite

We are selling FOB at 39$. the draft at DAPILON (port) is 55,000mt and vessels above that capacity will be anchored 25 nautical miles. Barges are used to do the loading. Quantity allocated  is 3M mt. to be moved over 12 months and priced at 38/mt FOB

Now here are the terms - upon acceptance of price we will send details of the seller mining company in whose name the buyers will issue their LOI which must be submitted along with a BCL confirming their capacity to do the transaction. 

The seller mining company does a dd as required then issue an FCO immediately which the buyers must sign and return to allow for the issuance of a draft contract. 

The seller mining company then issues a draft contract immediately to be reviewed and signed by both of parties to commence the transaction. 

Prior to the departure of the first vessel, the buyers will be invited to to see first hand the extent of the seller mining company production and also visit the port of DAPILON Boke area in Guinea from where the products will be shipped out.
