Recover all metals from sludges, dust, ash, filters, catalysts, ore tailings (direct), gold tailings (direct), fine powder materials, e.g. sanding dust, roller lint, etc. The material may contain up to 30% moisture.
The furnace pays for itself in up to 6 months.
CO2 emissions are only 5% that of all other metal melting furnaces. Other emissions are 20 times lower.
Makes a great "green" fossil free metal. The only furnace in the world that can also make to directly and affordably very hard and smooth Super Cast Iron.
A trial-runned 0.5 ton furnace is available now, with which you can make waste into steel approximately 5 - 6 ton/day.
