5. Price: 244$ USD / MTons.

7. Delivery term: CIF - Will Agree Later

8. Payment terms: 100% MT700 for all the quantity, Confirmed, transferable, irrevocable LC.

9. Quality control: As per SGS on the loading port.

10. Loading port: Saudi Arabia Port.

11. Download port: CIF, In Ports of the Middle East and Asia. A.S.W.P.

12. Packing: Bulk.

13. Contract Duration: 48 months (4 years), Negotiable.
