The rails are brand new and only called used rails because of their anomalous sizes. The rails are cut in different sizes, as they did not pass the test of conformity of measurements due to inequalities. Therefore, rails are not suitable as railway track, but not classified as scrap. 

Please note that different terms and prices apply to different quantities. Trials and spot shipments are not allowed only contract engagements. Any quantity required is possible as long as the MOQ is respected. We therefore cannot fall below our MOQ.
