7. Shipment: in bundles of about 5 MT each in bulk.
8. Payment: Irrevocable, transferable SBLC for 100% value of each shipment.
Payment can be by buyer or by other companies appointed by buyer.
9. Inspection: Seller expense, shall appoint SGS to determine the weight of shipment cargo by draft survey and determine the specifications stipulated.
