Singlet Ingot Moulds are also casted in same process as that of Duplex moulds but chemistry of finished product is on higher sight as the ingot weight start from 3. 5 Mt to 25 Mt single pcs Ingot weight , to Hold that amount Physically Cast iron is Graded & Additive with Various Ferro Alloys to give longer life of Singlet Ingot Mould to give multiple heats of Ingot casting . Bottom stool plate is Aligned with Singlet Moulds to Cast Ingot in Hot- Top casting process or and also Open Top casting process , we cast Singlet Moulds
