Stepl: Sellers Mandate (HCI) provides OFFER SHEET and Assay report to Buyer. Step2: Buyer accepts OFFER SHEET and signs below to reserve the stock in bonded. Step3: Seller sends Buyer an SKR receipt with bonded letterhead and Pro-forma Invoice is issued to buyer from seller. Step4: Buyer’s inspection agency is allowed access to the Cargo in bonded to verify quality and quantity. Step5: Payment is made via Wire Transfer (MT 103) on final invoice presentation. Payment and titles are ONLY transferred to seller upon successful verification and inspection at Bonded Warehouse.
