Material is ordered to comply with the requirements of ASTMA 213/269/312 in grades 304, 304L, 304H, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 316H, 317L, 321, 347, 904L, 410, 430, SS 904L, grades regularly. Special grades can be made as per customers requirements.

• NB Size: 1/8" NB to 8" NB in Sch 5S, 10S, 40S, XS, 80S, 160S, XXS etc.
• Inch OD size: 1/4" (6.35mm) to 4" (101.6mm) in 0.7mm to 3mm thickness.
• Standards: ASTM A213/312/269 or as required.

Process Of Manufacture The tube is manufactured from mother hollow pipes of required size and grade. These are manufactured by cold drawing process. All tubes are then annealed to a minimum temperature of 1050 deg C, straightened, pickled and passivated, end finished and 100% tested.
