V. Contract Duration: 12 months
VI. Total Quantity: 600,000 MT
VII. Target Price: USD 370 CIF
VIII. Port of Destination: Turkey
IX. Inspection: By SGS or equivalent
X. Port of Loading: At Seller’s Discretion
XI. Terms of Payment: Irrevocable, non-transferable and indivisible L/C. L/C will be issued by a European based bank. (L/C shipment by shipment, no revolving and no SBLC.
