Billets - We are a to sell you billets if you can provide ICPO & BCL

Dear Sirs,



We are able to sell you billets if you can provide ICPO (irrevocable corporate purchase order) BCL (bank comfort letter) under the following terms & conditions.



Origin of billets: Brazilian, Russian Federation or others.



Quality: Our standard specs are as per ASTM A 36 or ASTM A 615

(any grade) as both these norms are perfectly equivalent to the GOST 380- 94 5SP and 55P



Lengths: We can consider 6, 000 mm and 12, 000 mm without problems but

if possible 6, 000 mm or 9, 000 mm would be better for us.



Bundles: Please confirm you can accept bundles with 4. 0 MT, or which bundle weight maximum you need.



Shipment period: September/ October 2009Sellers being the end sellers, do not issue any PB



For a FIRST contract with a NEW buyer, we and our steel mills will not agree for one year contract. We suggest a first trial order/ shipment of 10, 000 MT, 20, 000MT, and we guarantee you that after mutual satisfaction with the first shipment, quality and payment we will carefully study additional shipments or long term contract, even because cannot fix C+F/ CIF price for one year contract.



Co mm ission: Below indicative best prices do not include any co mm ission.



Price: US$/ MT 425 C+F size 125 X 125 mm , 150 X 150 mm

Prices and sizes are subject to re- confirmation and changeable without notice.

Payment: 20 % TT within 48 hours from confirmation and 80 % balance on

CAD basis payable 5 banking working days after completion of discharge
