STANDARDS:

AWS A5. 1: E 7018

EN 499: E42 6 B 42 H10

SUPERCITO

APPLICATIONS/ PROPERTIES:

Basic type electrode with 115% metal recovery.

Suitable for C and C- Mn steels where high

mechanical and crack- resistant properties are

required. Good all positional weldability and

easy slag removal.

MATERIALS:

BRITISH STEELS

Structural steels: BS EN 10025: 1993 all grades

to S335K2G4, BS 10113- 2: 1993 grades S275N,

S355N, BS EN 10210- 1: 1994 All grades to

S355J2H.

Pressure vessel steel plates: BS EN 10028- 2:

993 all grades to P355GH and steels 161- 360,

161- 400, 161- 430, BS EN 10028- 3: 1993 grades

P275N & P355N.

Forgings: BS1503: 1989 All grades up to 223

Pipe: BS 3601: 1987 All grades, BS 3602: Pt. 1:

1987 All grades to 430.

AMERICAN STEELS

Pipe: ASTM A106 Grades A, B, C

GERMAN STEELS

Non- alloyed structural steels: St 33 to St 52- 3, St

50- 2, St 60- 2

Boiler plate: H I, H II, 17 Mn 4

Tube steels: To St 52. 4, St 35. 8 to 17 Mn 4,

StE210. 7 to StE 360. 7 including the

corresponding TM grades.

Fine grained steels: StE 255 to StE 355, WStE
