SUPERCORD

APPLICATIONS/ PROPERTIES:

Rutile- cellulosic type electrode for general

assembly work, also for lighter gauge sheet.

Highly suitable for sheet metal containers, storage

vessels and oil tanks. Excellent all- position

weldability including vertical- up and down. Ideal

for fillet welding in the vertical- down position. It

has a deposition efficiency of 60% .

grades up to & including 350MPa yield strength

and 430MPa tensile strength.

Pressure vessels steel plates: BS EN 10028- 2:

Structural steels: BS EN 10025: 1993

Grades S185, S235, S235JR & S275JR
