Suprasol MA II is a mild acidic, fluoride- free electrolyte which produces silky crystal grained tin and tin- lead deposits. This weak acidic process has been formulated specially for plating on the substrates of composite materials containing ceramics and glasses, which can be easily attacked by conventional acid baths.



Advantages



With no risk of being attacked by strong acid, this electrolyte can be applied for the tin or tin- lead plating to Chip Resister, Capacitor, Varistor, Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor and Cer- Dip IC Chips.



The deposits produced by Suprasol MA II provides excellent solderability even after heat aging of 16 hours at 155.



Suprasol MA II can be run at a wide range temperature, 20 to 40.



Very easy to maintain the bath because the quantity of Suprasol MA II Conc. Is controlled by pH adjustment.



No rejects of sticking or Twin.



Little changes in pH and SG. After plating.
