THE THICK- WALLED PIPES PANELS FOR COOLING THE BODY OF ELECTROARC FURNACES
"Azovmashprom" has mastered manufacture of panels from thick- walled pipes with much increased (on 30 % - 40 % ) service life. The panels for cooling the electroarc furnace body executed as the welded design, consisting of preliminary bent coils from pipes o73 x 10 mm , o76 x 12 mm , and other parts, welded to each other with the aid of connecting elements in the compact pipe design. The panels are manufactured as a flat (for example, the rectangular or triangular form in horizontal projection) or the spatial design, having curvature, the necessary for installation such panels inside lining of furnace body.
