Price : base on London Metal Exchange- 3 month price ( Buyers price) . The price will be fixed at Sellers option within Q/ P 90days from, the B/ L date plus a premium. In Quotation Period, Seller to notify Buyer by email or fax, telephone of intention to fix the price on that day. In case the price can not be fixed within the Q/ P 90 days, the official 3M LME bid price of the 90th day will be the final price and plus above premium.
