MT760 or MT103) Unconditional Irrevocable Divisible Assignable, Non

Transferable Confirmed Letter of Credit issued by any prime bank in

the worldSpecification;

Used Rail as GOST R50- R65

R50 (51. 67KG/ METER) GOST 7173- 55

R65 (64. 72KG/ METER) GOST 8161- 75

Chemical composition of the used rails scrap.

MN: 0. 60 1. 05; C: 0. 54 0. 82; SI: 0. 18 - 0. 12; S: 0. 04Max; P: 0. 035Max;

AS: 0. 01% Max of Max Share; and CR: Residual

Procedure:

Buyer will send LOI/ ICPO.

Seller will send FCO, after reviewed and accepted by buyer.

Seller send draft contract.

Buyer review and return draft contract.

On acceptance to go ahead with us, Buyer issues his international

passport or that of his officials (representative) to visit the yard

for physical inspection.

Seller will issue invitation letter to buyer.

During visit, buyer sign master contract, review SGS certificate etc.
