Payment Term : LC
Country of origin : South Africa or at Seller’s Choice
Quantity : 30-50.000 MT per month
Delivery Terms : CIF ASWP
Inspection : SGS or équivalente at Loading Port at Seller's expense, CIQ and CCIC are at Seller's expense if required, at the Loading Port and not to be part of the payment documents.
All other inspection at Unloading/Delivery Port at Buyer's Expense. Performance Bond : 2% PB of per shipment value will be issued to the buyer bank after receiving and confirming the payment instrument in the seller's Bank.
Shipping Packaging : Vessel in Bulk. OCS REQ’D FOR PAYMENT: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice and other documents to be specified in the contract.
