- 30,000 MT Spot – destination Haiphong port, Vietnan – shipment by 20ft container
- 50,000 MT/month for 12 month – destination Middle East

- Seller state authorized mandate certificate
- UCB analysis report and certificate
- Target price : USD 240 M/ton
- Main clause, the possibility to make overprice, to get our commissions
