We have a requirement f 600,000 MT (50,000 MT x12) as the initial order of used rail with a target price of USD 195. Confirmed LoI in hand. Destination port Istambul, Turkey! Can go up to few millions but we cant issue LC on a bigger volume unless we are sure of the comfort level of the deal.
