Used Rail Scrap Metal to Turkey, we need 100,000 mt/m

I am looking for used rail scrap to be exported to Turkey in pieces not longer than 1.5 m. We are able to order 100K MT per month. If you have the capacity to sell the requires amount please provide us a proof of your ability to export to Turkey. It will be appreciated if you can give me 2 seperate qoutes: first price of material in Canada, second price of material including shipment expenses.
