Used rails from 90.000 TO 300.000 MT/month X 12 months
HMS1-2 from 30.000 to 100.000 MT/month x 12 months
Our buyer company procedure
1. Buyer issue LOI, ICPO,
2. SELLER Company issue FCO to Buyer.
3. Buyer Sign FCO and return to SELLER Company with a Letter of Acceptance.
4. SELLER Company issues draft contract open for amendments along
5. SELLER Company and buyer exchange legalized and registered contract and lodge contract in respective
6. Photos with buyer's company name, current dates and Seller's Export License will be provided
after the Buyer has signed the Contract
7. Seller send Invitation TO BUYER, TO VISIT Clearance yard For INSPECTIONS OF METARIAL
8. Buyer bank request by swift the POP confirmation from the seller’s Bank. After confirmation of
Buyer’s Mt799 Seller Bank swift POP confirmation to the Buyer Bank.
9. On receipt of POP confirmation from the seller’s bank, Buyer’s bank swift non-transferable DLC to seller’s bank. Seller’s Bank issue 2% Performance Bond in the face value of buyer’s payment instrument
10. The SGS inspection will be borne by the Seller at the loading seaport and Buyer at the unloading seaport
11. Shipment commence as per contract.
12. Buyer releases payment to the Seller. Shipment Delivery per shipping schedule program via Swift Fund
Transfer within 7 banking days after the discharge of cargo and receipt of the entire relevant shipping
document for immediate negotiation and credited and credited at Buyer’s Bank Account.

2. SGS Certificate
3. Certificate of Decontamination
4. Export Permit Certificate and Export license
5. Certificate of Ownership
6. Certificate of Origin issued and endorsed by Government.
7. One original certificate of weight.
8. Certificate of Guarantee and Immunity,
9. Original copy of bill of lading.
10. Certificate of Non Radiation
11. Copy of cable or Fax sent to the Buyer within forty eighty (48) hours after loading of the product,
advising particulars of shipment including: name of commodity, quantity, weight, value, number of contract,
12. Copy of contract to transport the product to the port. , Railways Wagon manifest documents.
13. Copy of the port storage agreement.
14. AQSIQ Certificate.
