Product: Copper cathode Grade A, NON-LME registered, 99,99-99,97 % Cu minimum,

dimensions 914x914x12 mm

Total quantity: 6,000 MT Monthly By Annual Contract. Destination Port: CIF Mexico.

Terms of delivery: CIF

Payment: 100 % L/C at sight, irrevocable, non-trasferible which will be activated with bank to bank issue of 2% PB from the seller.

Price Target: LME –30 % (LME is set on date of issue of SGS certificate)

If delivery term is CIF control of goods is at destination port by SGS quality and quantity control. Positive certificate from SGS at discharge port is base for L/C payment.

Inspection: Physical Verification of Quantity and Quality by Buyer Representative at Seller's Warehouse before signing of SPA Samples and physical inspection by Buyer's Representative Proof of Product: Videos And Picture With Client Name, COA AND GHOBASH.

Procedure:
