Willing to buy copper cathodes as per these terms

Our company is a trader and we have several buyers, one of them wants to buy copper cathodes as follows:
Copper cathodes: 99.97%
1.- Trial: 1000 MT
1.- 2 to 12: 20000 MT / month, contract for 12 months plus roll and extensions
3.- China CIF Price = LME minus15% CIF ASWP
4.- Discounts 15% direct to the buyer, 3% commission agents and links Destination Port: China Main Seaports
5.- Form of payment letter credit DLC
6.- Indicate the origin
