Would like to purchase copper scrap

We would like to purchase copper scrap with the following terms and conditions.

1. Commodity: millberry copper scrap
2. Quality: Cu 99.97% up
3. Trial Order: 66 mts(=22 mts×3 ctrs)
4. Unit Price per metric ton: €/USD CIF Barcelona, Spain
5. Payment Terms: 100% Letter of Credit(3% Pb) + at destination port(Barcelona, Spain) after SGS inspection before releasing from customs
6. Inspection: twice at the port of loading and discharging by SGS
7. Packing : 50kg per bale/sack, 1000kg per bundle , 22mt in one 20 FCL
