Zamac is an alloy of Zinc, Aluminum, Magnesium and Copper, which is used for die- casting. We produce Zamac 2, 3, 5, 7, Tonsul and other formulas depending on our customer's requirement.
We use electrolytic Zinc S. H. G. 99. 995% , where the components are variable from 95% to 97% of the total in the alloy. The raw material is purchased locally from Refineria de Zinc de Cajamarquilla and Doe Run Peru, and we purchase imported Aluminum 99. 7% from the first fusion, Magnesium and Copper is bought locally. As we are an ISO 9001: 2000 certified organization, we maintain a strict quality control in our laboratory.
