We produce ingots of aluminium/ Magnesium. We have developped a product called Al/ Mag and we are able to producelarges quantities per week . Recovery and Recycling of Magnesium as an alloying element for aluminum. Following several years of research and development, TMC MAG Inc. found a way to recycle magnesium, a process of restoration of magnesium ( turning, chips) recovered and re- melted for reuse. To enrich the aluminum by the addition of recycled magnesium. These alloys are used mainly for beverage, structural components of automobiles and machinery and more . There are various possibilities of production to meet your needs in case you will be interrested to work with this product. For magnesium, we produce with AM50 and AZ91 but if you need other kind of magnesium, ask us with your specs. We are producing this alloy in form easily manipulable by all sides with a forklift and we offer these ingots in weight 250 kgs ( we can adapt our production in form and weight you want with a custom mould like your needs) We can put % of Mg inside aluminium like your request, up to 50 % . The prices may vary according kind of magnesium used and aluminium serie used. We are able to produce 200 MT per month . Each ingot is accompanied by a Detail ed chimical analysis ( % Mg and others elements traces) The objectives of the present invention are to provide a magnesium alloy that can be re- melted and recycled as material used in a wide variety of components.
