Aluminium ingot A7 urgent request

We have urgent request for the supply of 2000 tons of primary aluminium ingots A7 as per below specifications and conditions:
Commodity: Primary Aluminium ingots A7
Quality: > or = 99.70%
Total monthly quantity required: 2000MTs+ trial part of 1000 MTs
Total contract quantity: 25,000 MTs
Destination port: Istanbul or Izmir ports Turkey
Price required: best FOB and CIF prices
Inspection: SGS Inspection, Alex Steward or other at port of loading for quality,quantity and weights
Payment terms: 100% by irrevocable and confirmed documentary LC payable will be at port of destination after SGS report or within 5 working days on arrival of materials at discharging place. The price will be calculated based on the exchange rate of the London Metal Exchange when the goods arrive at the Istanbul or Izmir Turkey destination port.
Performance bond: The Seller company will send a 2% performance bond to the Buyer company over the total amount.
Shipment terms:
a) Terms of shipment CIF
b) Inspection by SGS, Alex Steward or other at loading port or destination port in Turkey
c) Destination port: Istanbul or Izmir ports in Turkey
For your information, the first quantity required to be supplied on an urgent basis is 2000 tons of the above aluminium ingot quality.
