SAMPLE TERMS. PLEASE BE SERIOUS BUYER ONLY.

1. PURPOSE: We,intend to buy– Baled cars which do not include engines.

2. PRICE AND TOTAL AMOUNT OF LOI:

a) The price of Baled Cars – take offers (MUST REALISTIC AND GOOD MARKET PRICE OFFER OR NO RESPONSE) to a port (Bahamas) per Metric Ton

b) The total Quantity: 1000 to 2000 Mts, every month for one year (12 months)

c) The price of goods price negotiable every 2 weeks or monthly initiated at buyer or seller request

Packing of Scrap: Loose in 40 foot Containers with AVERAGE 24 MT. Can load 30MT to 35MT per 40 footer

Optional, loading in presence of buyer's representative if chooses.

4. Origin:Bahamas, MOSTLY NASSAU PORT

4. PAYMENT:

A) TT/Wire transfer per loaded containers daily until trusting relationship established. We can also accept Standby Wire against loaded container weight tickets.

Option B) Seller open for escrow account where money can be drawn per loaded containers. (escrow expenses to be at buyer's expense).

C.)Other options TT for first month, then LC for remainder of contract. LC to be payable 100% at sight against loaded containers and weight tickets. Minimum 5 containers to be loaded. per payment period optional daily. If LC is top 25 major world bank and payable at site. Seller may be open for this but price may be a little higher. 5. DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY SELLER: Weight tickets, port tickets and packing list if any.
