Boom Storage Reels Jxy's hydraulically driven 'A' frame Boom Storage Reels are custom designed with Aluminum constructed reels manufactured in sizes starting as small as 1. 5m diameter by 1. 5 m long. A number of power options are available including diesel, gasoline, electric, or air. Existing hydraulic power may also be used if available. The Boom Reels use variable speed and reversing hydraulic drives with easy to use controls located on an integrated console. Between 2, 400 lbs and 500 lbs of pulling power is generated depending on how full the reel is. This can be increased if required. Smaller, manually operated Boom Reel models are also available. Jxys Boom Storage Reels can be fixed permanently in the required location such as a dockside or combined with a customized trailer for portability.
