BORU 2009 which was held at the Istanbul Expo Center opened its doors to visitors on Thursday, 5th March 2009. Inauguration ceremony of the fair was realized by Ihlas Holding Deputy Executive Chairman Yavuz Özgün, ÇEBD (Steel Pipe Manufacturer Association) Executive Board Chairman Bülent Demircio??lu, ITA (International Tube Association) Executive Secretary Phillip G. Knight, SK General Manager Mevlüt Vural and T.R. Industry and Trade Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Associated Prof. Dr. Yavuz Cabbar at 12.00 a.m. Following inauguration, the foremost tube and pipe brands of Turkey and the world exhibited their products.
Boru 2009 has completed its formation in terms of period with domestic and international exhibitors and visitors. The fair to be achieved its 6th edition for 2010 by continuing on its way with the title of INTERNATIONAL status.
