It is extracted by means of artisanal mining and/or barrelling, with
indigenous communities, we extract 1 ton of industrial sand every month with a projection of 3 tons per month.
This ton is the set of a mineral ore in which will have the priority of one of the concentrations of these minerals,
in this case is Niobium and Tantalum (Nb2O5-Ta2O5).
The documents for delivery of F.C.A. ore are the following:
- Certificate of Origin of the mineral.
- Payment of royalties
- Sales Invoice
- RUCOM (Unique Registry of Mineral Dealers)
The ore is delivered to the free zone, airport or port of embarkation.
By passing the respective controls of the competent authorities and the documents provided by the Customs Agency that also meet the requirements of the EICC regulatory body for this type of polymetallic minerals.
The payment is made by trust, scrow or letter of credit which becomes effective at the time they verify the mineral and before its movement to another destination.
