By irrevocable, non-transferable, confirmed, unconditional

Payment after 90 days from receipt of goods at destination port.

LC or Usance LC be issued to our fiduciary group bank account

Very Important- 

(L/C draft should be sent along with signed SPA for approval)

2% performance bond by seller within seven (7) banking days from receipt of reconfirmation of swift from buyer’s bank

On signing the contract Seller issues Proforma Invoice with full bank coordinates.

Buyer sends copy of signed contract with Draft Verbiage of L/C for seller bank approval/amendments.
