PROCEDURE :

1. Buyer issues LOI . (One letter for one item)

2. Seller sends Full Corporate Offer and draft Contract to the Buyer.

3. Buyer signs FCO, returns it to the seller.

4. Buyer reviews the draft Contract and coordinates necessary changes with the seller, if require.

5. Seller signed the final Contract. Signed and Sealed by the Seller and Send to the buyer.

6. Immediately upon receipt of the seller's signed and sealed copies of the Contract , the Buyer signs and seals and sends back to the seller.

7. Within 3 banking days after signing the legally binding Contract Buyer issues the payment as per payment terms.

8. Seller sends Proof of Product by SGS or equivalent .
