Trial Quantity: 1000 Metric tons. Quantity: 5000 Metric tons a month. The amounts can be raised if agreed by both parties. Total Quantity: 61,000 Metric tons, but can be raised.
Payment method: By bank transfer MT103 when the goods are delivered to the Buyers port and pass inspection, payment within 5 working days.
Payment Guarantee The Buyer will issue an DLC MT700 to cover first the trial amount and then a rolling DLC MT700 to cover the monthly CIF delivery.
The seller will issue a 2% Bank Payment Undertaking of the amount of the guarantee to guarantee the delivery of the monthly amounts. This will be issued by the bank when they have confirmation from the Buyer’s bank that the MT700 is going to be delivered.
Duration: 12 Months Contract @ 5,000 Metric tons per month after the trial amount of 1000 MT is completed.
Delivery: To Buyers port
Inspection: SGS or Alex Stewart or similar confirmed by CCIC
Contract type: CIF to Buyers port ; 12 Months (with roles and extentions) after the trial is completed.
Purchase Price: A discount to London Metal Association (LME) of 10% (Ten percent).
A Commission of 3% be payable on successful execution.
