Request for Iron ore 62% (not from Mexico)

We are looking for Iron ore Fe 62% or better with very low sulphur content. But not from Mexico.
I am direct with Buyer's side.
Buyer is major company affiliated with State own enterprises.
They have annual revenue exceeding $10 billion for past 6 years and with over 7,000 employees and over 20 wholly owned subsidiaries and is one of the top 500 private enterprises in China.

Destination port – Shanghai
Contract – 5 years with extensions
Quantity – maximum quantity that seller can produce
Please send your offer with latest SGS report or equivalent.
Please specify in your offer the following items:
a. What is loading rate?
b. Vessel size?
c. Bonus and penalty clauses in contract.
d. Guaranteed and rejection levels
e. Shipping terms
f. We need prices CFR. ( that include commission).
g. Proof of past performance will be required before we issue LOI.

Buyer will send their own people to meet miner and inspect everything, after contract is signed.
