- Performance Bond: 2% PB must be issued first within 5 days after signing of contract.
- Payment Terms : 100% Irrevocable without recourse non confirmed non- transferable DLC while 90% will be released under L/C while balance 10% within 7days of vessel taking berth or 5days of unloading port inspection.
- Inspection: SQS or CCIC or any other Company as mutually agreed by both the parties
