The 6th Shanghai Tube Expo & China Pipe Fittings Expo

The 6th Shanghai Tube Expo & China Pipe Fittings Expo will be held at Shanghai International Exhibition Center between May 11^th and 13^th, 2010.

Shanghai Tube Expo is co-organized by China Steel Pipe Branch Association, Shanghai Steel Tube Trade Association together with Shanghai Shenshi Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. Since its first event held successfully in 2005, the scale of this expo has been expanded fast with its influence far reaching. Shanghai Tube Expo has become one of the most important professional tube shows in Asia. Nearly 300 well-known enterprises from different parts of the world participated in the event last year, attracting 10,071 visitors from 84 countries and regions in the world.

China is the top-one country in steel production, at the same time the top-one in consumption and import of steel in the world. With the rapid development of its industries such as real estate, petroleum and natural gas, automobile, machinery & equipment, as well as off-shore engineering, both the production and demand of steel tubes in China will see a more remarkable increase, and the potential market is huge. In order to meeting the challenges of the world financial crisis, governments of different countries have taken measures to stimulate growth of their economy. As a result, positive affects have been seen, with the world economy is beeing recovered. Meanwhile, the Chinese government has also launched a four trillion yuan economy stimulation packages program, adopted active fiscal and moderate monetary policies. The economic situation is optimistic.
