| 1- Non-urgent written translation – translation is considered non-urgent if it is performed during 48 or more hours from the moment of placing order and does not exceed 5 pages per day. A page is considered a standard printed page containing 1800 symbols including blanks. | |
| 2- Urgent written translation – translation is considered urgent if it is performed during 24 hours from the moment of placing order and does not exceed 5 pages, or if it exceeds 5 pages per day. A page is considered a standard printed page containing 1800 symbols including blanks. | |
| 3- Standard documents are considered the following: passport, birth certificate, standard diploma, driving license (other standard documents are defined by the bureau). Translation performed during 24 hours is considered urgent. | |
| 4- Translator’s oral working time is estimated from the moment of the translator’s arrival at the place of destination till the moment of translator’s departure. Translator’s travel expenses outside the city or translator’s urgent arrival are covered by the client. Minimal order is 1 hour. | |
| 5- Comparison of Customer's translation with the original. In this case original of the document is compared with the translation given by the Customer. In case of need translation will be edited and can be stamped by the Translation bureau or notarized. | |
