Procedure: a. Buyer issues LOI. b. Seller issues Draft Contract. c. Buyer’s Bank issues and send by swift, a non-operative Letter of Credit to Seller’s Bank within 48 hours of signing the Final Contract then the Letter of Credit now becomes operative. d. First Shipment start in 15 days after the Letter of Credit is received by Seller’s Bank. e. 15000 MT per day loading rate.
Inspection by SGS Certification of loading. Port of Loading: FOB, Kokaya Port, Boffa., Guinea.
