Urgent need of steel billets

We are in urgent need of steel billets. The requirement is about 1000000TONS/month with projected total requirement of 12 mln tons or more. The specs as below:

The size and shape measurement and allowable deviation should meet the relevant requirements of YB/T 2012 "Continuous Cast Steel Slab".
When the supply and demand sides dispute the measurement of the minimum size of the slab, the position of the minimum size should be used as the measurement location.
Thickness 180－230mm Thickness tolerance ±6mm Width 1020－1550mm Width tolerance 0－+20mm Length 9000－11500mm Length tolerance 0－+80mm
3.2 Chemical Composition The chemical composition of the slab (melting analysis) shall meet the requirements of Table 1.
.At the same time, Q235B should comply with GB/T700 and Q345B should comply with GB/T1591.
