Our company terms of operation as follows : We accept 100% LC from any first prime bank and buyer will take the cost of expenses like cutting the materials to buyer required size when it is used rails or cutting the materials in to loose when it is HMS 1 & 2. Seller takes the cost of all governmental taxes relating to the materials. Buyer can also chose to pay 2% of the total value of the materials ordered to facilitate all expenses on the materials. Visit is allowed at the port of loading after both parties have signed the draft contract. Buyer representative can be at the port of loading to witness the SGS inspection.
