- the BUYER hereby agrees and makes an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order 250,000 metric tons of used rail R50/R65 on CIF terms loaded in BULK according to INCOTERMS 2010.
Shipment of 250,000MT of the used rail R50/R65to be shipped immediately and within maximum 7-11 days upon receipt of workable L/C.
- The client from China has an intention yo purchase the commodity Used rails in the quantity and for the price as specified:
Commodity: Used rails R50-R65
Origin: European countries( preferred), other origins will also be be considered
Specs: to be informedby the seller and confirmed by the byer
Quantity: trial shipment 5000 MT 2nd shipment 1000-2000 MT followed by a contract: 5000-10000 MT*12
IMode of payment: Irrevocable LC, payment at sight, issued by the LC applicant and transferred by buyer to the seller
Price per MT: to be offered bt the eller and mutually agreed
