The company manufacture wear plate by hardfacing with special welding alloys on the base plate of carbon steel. We developed unique welding method so as to give a homogeneous dispersion of chrome carbides in the matrix when welding. The performance of our wear plate, for that reason, is excellent in anti- abrasion, high- temperature resistance (max. 800?C) and impact resistance. The company manufacturers a various welding alloys. Many kinds of welding alloys are chosen for manufacturing the relevant kinds of wear plates, according to chemical composition, hardness and temperature required of wear plates. There are also a variety of shapes and sizes available in our wear plates. Bending of wear plates is possible in circle or semi- circle to the extent that a radius is equal to 20 times the thickness of wear plate. Standard sizes are these three: 790 mm x 1700 mm , 1100 mm x 2, 300 mm and 1320 mm x 2880 mm , but other sizes are available at our client's request. Besides, we can weld for hardfacing on the inside of elbow's by using an automatic arc welder.
