Aluminum alloy wheel scrap requirement, 200 mt to Bangladesh

I need aluminum alloy wheel scrap to import in bulk quantities to Bangladesh. 
We need 150-200 Metric Ton per shipment. 3 or 4 shipments will be in a physical year. The Aluminium wheel should be pure as 99% aluminium only.
We need the wheel by 4 pcs cutting, otherwise the whole wheel you can pressed by hydraulic pressure. We cannot import the wheel as it is origin formet.
