Buyer for Copper Concentrate only from Zambia

Please respond to BUYER looking for COPPER CONCENTRATE only from Zambia.

THIS IS REQUIRED by this BUYER:

Cu between 30% and 40 %.

Price : LME x %Cu x 0,73 .

Trial : 200 tons, then 1000 tons per month x 12 months .

Payment terms as follows:

- Sign SPA before delivery.

-Trial deliver From Seller to Buyer only to Steinweg Warehouse in Ndola, Zambia.

- After inspection at Steinweg Warehouse and documentation completed 100 % payment from Buyer by MT103.

- No LC or any up-front fees/payments by the Buyer.

- A Penalty Clause, in case of Buyer default, of US$40,000 could be included in the SPA by the Seller.

- After the Trail deal is successfully closed, the monthly supply will be paid through a DLC that will be issued before.
