Buyer Requirement

We are acting as a broker/introducer for an active buyer seeking a reliable supplier of copper concentrate for a long-term purchasing programme.

• Commodity: Copper concentrate
• Contract quantity: 1,000–50,000 MT per month, depending on supplier capacity
• Contract term: 12 months
• Trial: Initial trial transaction required before commencement of the monthly contract
• Target market: Europe
• Incoterm: EXW
• Material location: Flexible. The buyer will arrange direct collection from the warehouse and transportation to Europe.
• Storage: Material must be physically available in a bonded warehouse
• Inspection: SGS inspection and verification required
• First lifting: Buyer is prepared to take delivery within approximately 72 hours following a satisfactory SGS report
• Financial instrument: DLC and/or bank-confirmed blocked funds
• Target pricing: Approximately 25% below prevailing LME/market pricing, subject to copper grade, quantity, contract volume and final commercial negotiation

The buyer is interested in suppliers capable of supporting substantial recurring volumes and is prepared to proceed promptly once the material, ownership and documentation have been satisfactorily verified.

Qualified suppliers or authorized mandates are requested to provide, where available:

• Current available stock
• Maximum monthly supply capacity
• Trial quantity available
• Bonded warehouse name and location
• Copper concentrate specifications and assay
• Copper grade and key impurity levels
• SGS inspection procedure
• Proof of stock and ownership/title
• Pricing and applicable LME discount
• Payment procedure
• Seller/mandate status
• Current offer, SCO or FCO, if available

Important: The buyer requires verifiable physical stock and clear documentation before proceeding with the transaction.

Our role is to coordinate the introduction and communication between the buyer and qualified suppliers or duly authorized mandates capable of meeting the above requirements.
