Buying copper scrap 600 mt to Netherlands

I need to buy copper scrap. I'm an importer from the Netherlands.
Unloading port is Rotterdam. 
i would first like a sample of 1 MT to see if everything is good. I need 99,99% pure milberry copper, after that is good i can get around 600 mt a month.
