Buying copper wire milberry scrap, 300 mt monthly, to Brazil, CIF

We would like to buy copper wire milberry to Brazil.
Volume required: from 100 MT to 300 MT per month.
Our basic conditions to purchase are:
1. DLC MT700 as bank guarantee with 100% TT payment at load port after SGS inspection, BL and export documents. Visist to the load port is mandatory.
2. Specification CU 99,95% min, only wire mulberry without any copper scraps and clean of oil or residual PVC.
3. Mandatory- we buy directly from the owner of product (we work with agents but payment must be made directly) and before issuing instrument we need to have meeting with seller and visit the stock.
4. Target price $5.200/MT. CIF.
