Buying iron ore 100.000 MT/month

We acting as buyer mandate, would like your company to make offer for iron ore as follows:

1. Commodity: Magnetite Iron ore Fe 62% - 65%
2. Quantity: 200,000 MT per month
3. Contract term: 12 months­
4. Delivery condition: CIF basis Incoterms 2010
5. Discharge Port: Safe ports in Vietnam
6. Payment: Buyer issue irrevocable, acceptable L/C 100% value of contract.
7. Performance bond: Seller issue performance bond 2% value of contract.
