Buying iron ore, Fe 62, 150000 mt monthly, FOB

We would like to buy magnetite iron ore Fe 62% content with rejection below 60% with low alumina with specifications required along following lines:
Quantity: 100,000 MT /-10% (in Sellers ‘option) for trial shipment followed by 150,000 MT /-10% (in Sellers ‘option) per month for 12 months.
Quality: As per independent load port analysis by SGS to be final and binding.
Pro-rata Bonus / Penalty for Fe above 62% / Fe below 62% with rejection below 60%.
Quantity determination: As per independent load port survey by SGS. Loading port: To be advised free of any sanction or boycott
Price basis: FOB Stowed as per charter party rules, Iron ore lumps to be loaded in break bulk vessel
Payment: By at sight letter of credit payable with 100% on first presentation of documents (L/C acceptable to the Seller to be opened at least 30 days prior to the first day of the agreed shipping month).
